Patoufy respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our online store, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

• Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone number.
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — full card numbers are never stored on our servers.
• Browsing data: pages viewed, device type, IP address, cookie identifiers.
• Communications: emails and support messages you send us.

Why we use this data

• Process and ship your orders.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, tracking, customer support).
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Measure site performance and improve our marketing (where you have consented to cookies).

Who we share with

We share only the information needed with the following service providers:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, security, inbound email routing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• CJ Dropshipping — order fulfillment and shipping (your name and shipping address are passed to deliver the order).
• Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) — only if you have consented to analytics cookies.

We never sell your personal data.

Your rights

Retention

Order records are kept for seven (7) years to meet Canadian accounting and tax requirements. You may request deletion of data not required for legal purposes.
